I WAS a cigarette smoker for over 40 years. Started smoking back when I was a kid, because it was the cool thing to do way back then. I tried everything to quit cigarettes, tried the patches, tried the gum, and even tried going to a place where they teach hypnosis, by the second session I wanted a cigarette more than when I went in. My point is that the only thing that has worked for me to quit smoking is the electronic cigarette; I started vaping October 2013 and have not looked back. I can breathe better; I can actually taste food again.
For every study that I see that condemns electronic cigarettes, I can probably find one that debunks it. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying electronic cigarettes are totally safe, but they are a lot safer than tobacco cigarettes. Therefore a safer alternative. As far as the bans that the government is trying to put into place on flavored e-liquids, well I’m in my late 50’s and I like to have lots of different flavors. When government tries to classify electronic cigarettes as a tobacco product, I say to that they don’t contain tobacco. Electronic cigarettes should be in a class by themselves.
I could go on and on with this, the point is without electronic cigarettes I would probably go back to smoking nasty cigarettes, and I don’t want to do that. I VAPE I VOTE
